I have become part of this powerful global movement empowering women to end hunger.   I began my journey with this organization last fall when I had the life changing opportunity to travel to Senegal, Africa and see first-hand the incredible impact this organization is making throughout the world.

There is overwhelming evidence that the end of world hunger cannot be achieved if gender inequality persists. Women bear the major responsibility for meeting basic needs, yet are systematically denied the resources, freedom of action and voice in decision-making to fulfill that responsibility.
